Short answers to the things new traders and followers ask us most often.
How do I contact support?
Open our Telegram support bot from the floating button on the site or dashboard (when configured), or from the sidebar link “Telegram support” while logged in. Tap a category (support ticket), optionally choose a quick option, then describe your issue — you’ll get a reference like CFX-…. For billing or payment issues, sending a screenshot of your receipt or app screen helps us resolve faster. We never ask for your broker password in Telegram — use the in-app secure forms for credentials.
What is the difference between Telegram alerts and Telegram support?
The optional alerts bot links to your account for trade notifications. The public support bot is separate — it is only for help, categories, and tickets. Use the support bot link on the website or dashboard, not the same as account-linking alerts.
How does copy trading work on CFX Capital Pro?
You connect a follower broker account, pick an approved master, and every order the master places is mirrored to your account in real time. Sizing respects the risk profile you select (conservative, moderate, aggressive) and your account equity.
How do I become a master trader?
From the dashboard, go to "Become a Master Trader", pick the broker account you want to publish, fill your profile, and submit. The first slot is free; additional slots may be charged per the admin-configured policy. On approval, we auto-import four weeks of your broker history to seed your public track record.
What performance metrics are shown publicly?
Every master's public page shows win rate, drawdown, profit factor, Sharpe, Sortino, monthly return, risk/reward, expectancy, and streak stats. We source them from the imported broker history plus every live trade since approval — no hand-curated stats.
How much does it cost?
Subscriptions start at $20/month. Quarterly and yearly plans include meaningful discounts (see the Pricing section). Master slots past your free allowance are charged as a one-time fee per slot.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Crypto only for now — USDT, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, and 350+ more via NOWPayments. On-chain settlement, no card processors.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You keep access through the end of the current billing period, then the subscription expires without auto-renewing.
Is my broker password safe?
Broker credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and only used by our copy-routing engine to place trades. Followers should always use investor (read-only) passwords where the broker supports them.
Which brokers and platforms are supported?
MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 at any broker our copy-routing engine supports. cTrader and DXtrade are on the roadmap.
