This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which subscription fees and wallet credits are refundable on CFX Capital Pro.
1. Subscription fees
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except in the specific circumstances listed below.
- Cooling-off window. A full refund is available within 7 days of the first ever subscription purchase, provided that no master trader has been copied and no performance fees have accrued.
- Duplicate payment. If you are double-charged for the same period due to a technical error, we refund the duplicate amount in full.
- Service unavailability. If the platform is unusable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, you can request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
2. Cryptocurrency payments
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Approved refunds for crypto payments are issued to the same network and wallet you paid from. Conversion from USD back to the paid cryptocurrency uses the prevailing market rate at the time of refund, and network fees are deducted from the refund amount. We cannot reimburse market-price movement between payment and refund.
3. Wallet balance withdrawals
Funds credited to your in-platform wallet from affiliate commissions or performance fees can be withdrawn at any time, subject to:
- Minimum withdrawal threshold (displayed in the wallet page).
- Completion of KYC when the feature is enabled.
- Network and processor fees, which are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
4. Performance fees
Performance fees charged by Master Traders at the end of a settlement cycle are only refundable where a documented calculation error is demonstrated. Market movement or subjective dissatisfaction with a strategy is not grounds for refund.
5. Non-refundable items
- Trading losses incurred through copy trading, leverage, or slippage.
- Subscription periods already consumed.
- Fees charged by third parties (your broker, the blockchain network, payment processor).
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@cfxcapitalpro.com from the address registered to your account with the following information:
- Your registered email and user ID.
- Invoice or transaction ID you want refunded.
- Reason for the refund request.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days. Crypto refunds are usually visible within minutes after broadcast; card refunds can take up to 10 additional business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter to legal@cfxcapitalpro.com. We commit to reviewing disputes within 14 days.
